A lifelong devotion to nature and sustainable materials led entrepreneur and Mohawk grad Trevor Kendall, along with his business partner Dan Ferchat to develop new products using the "hurd" of the hemp plant and led to their first market product Hemp Animal Bedding. Now you can find their products at your local Home Hardware or Pet Valu stores.
Mohawk grad Abhishek Soni wanted to make easier for students to have the cell phones they wanted, without have to spend a lot of money all at once. Now with three retail locations in Southern Ontario, Mobélease Wireless specializes in cellphone leasing and phone repair for college and university students
Care for Me Crate, is a subscription box service driven by Mohawk grad Abigail Epifano's dream to make it easy for new parents to access natural, organic and eco-friendly baby products, catered to every stage of their baby's life.
Pie in the Sky Bakery & Farm, founded by Mohawk grad Ben Vandenberg, supplies restaurants and consumers with fresh apples and fruit that are grown using sustainable agricultural practices
