Andrew McTear – Associate Dean, Business McKeil School of Business
Andrew joined the team in the McKeil School of Business at Mohawk College after twenty years of management experience with a variety of small to mid-size businesses in southern Ontario. In a career that took him from Territory Manager to Vice President of Customer Development in the manufacturing sector, he has gained some interesting insights on business best practices. Insights that he has enjoyed sharing with students. In the spring of 2017 Andrew moved from faculty to administration where he now shares his ideas and passion for ensuring student success with the others on his team.
Andrew has a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of New Brunswick and an M.B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University.
