John Andrade, is a lifelong learner who loves to coach and help others succeed, by designing and facilitating outcomes-based learner-centered experiences that help them acquire the skills and knowledge they need to achieve their career goals. After holding senior marketing positions at multinationals in the U.S.A. and South-America, he developed and managed a successful international consulting and training business, based upon understanding and fulfilling the skills development needs of more than 80 corporate clients in the finance, wireless, and telecommunications industries. With a solid background in instructional design and more than 15 years of experience developing and conducting academic and continuing education courses and workshops in Latin America, Canada, and U.S.A., he has become an experienced practitioner of distance education design principles in face-to-face settings to enhance application of the flipped-classroom model. He portrays a fun and supportive, but also challenging, attitude in-class and out-of-class to generate a climate for exploration and growth.
