Nicole Vincic has over 15 years of experience working in Human Resources and Human Resources Management. She began her HR career working with a major retail organization before she transitioned into the financial services industry. She worked in all areas of human resources while specializing the employee relations and training and development.
Nicole has been working with Mohawk College since 2002 and is currently in the roles of Program Coordinator and professor for the Human Resources Management programs.
Nicole has an extensive education with a Master of Arts in Education Graduate degree from Central Michigan University, and Earned Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sociology, and Psychology Undergraduate degree from McMaster University, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from McMaster University. Nicole is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and an active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
