CE Social Service Worker (215) - Program Application

We welcome applications for the Social Service Worker Diploma (215) from all individuals meeting the program entrance requirements.

Program Entrance Requirements: 

  • You must posses an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent (GED, College and Career Preparation) including Grade 12 English, C or U or equivalent - (70% guideline) OR
  • If you are missing the academic eligibility requirement for this program you may take a pre-admission test. The pre-admission test is done on a referral-basis only. Please indicate at the bottom of this application that you require a pre-admission test and we will provide you with additional information.

Submission deadline is April 30 of each year. Applications will be reviewed starting in February.
Submission deadline is August 31 of each year. Applications will be reviewed starting in June.
Submission deadline is December 1 of each year. Applications will be reviewed starting in October.
Pre-Admissiont Test Required?
For applicants unable to provide official transcripts demonstrating completion of Grade 12 English (or equivalent) from a Canadian institution or applying as a Mature student.
