Digital Skills - Student Space Booking

• All users must adhere to the Mohawk College Student Behaviour Policy. Discriminatory or abusive behavior, including racism, ableism, transphobia, and homophobia, will lead to immediate removal and possible further action.  
• No food or drinks are allowed in the DCC Lab.  
• Computers in the Digital Creativity Centre are not to be used for completing academic assessments worth grades (quizzes, tests, exams, etc.). DCC staff are obligated to report any behaviour or use of resources that may constitute a breach of the Academic Integrity Policy.  
• Be mindful of others in common areas. The DCC is a shared space for current Mohawk College students.  
• Repeated infractions will be dealt with by management and staff at their discretion.  

Bookings: 

• All DCC resources, such as group spaces and computers, must be signed out through the booking system prior to use. Use of resources without booking is prohibited.  
• All users must book using Mohawk College username and password. If a booking is made with a non-Mohawk College email associated, the booking will be cancelled and the account will be deleted.  
• Reservations are available in time slots of 30 minutes to 2 hours per day, per person/group. Exceeding the time limit through alternating bookings between Mohawk College IDs is prohibited. This will result in cancellation of reservation and removal from the space.  
• Please be mindful of other bookings. Please occupy your booked space no more than 15 minutes prior to your time slot and vacate at the end of your scheduled booking time.  
• The DCC has a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, reservations will be cancelled.  
• Group spaces are for group projects, not individual use.  

Equipment: 

• All students, staff, and equipment must be respected. Violation of this will result in removal or banning from the space.  
• Any other DCC resources, such as headsets and cables, MUST be checked out with a valid Mohawk College ONECard.
