How to Add a Position to your Co-Curricular Record

1. Login to MyMohawk.

2. Click on the Campus Life Tab.

Get Involved image

3. Scroll down to the “Get Involved” section and click on “Co-Curricular Record”.

Review Important Info image

4. Review the important information, then hit the “I Agree” button.

Career Ready and CCR tab image

5. On the left, click the “Co-Curricular Record” tab.

Add a Position image

6. To add a position to your record, select the “Add a Position” button.

Select your Activity image

7. Once in Career Ready Click on Co-Curricular Record link and then you can
• search for volunteer opportunities through the Opportunity Directory.
• Or, select the “Period”, “Category” and “Activity” for your search.

Add To My CCR image

8. Click the blue “Add Position” button to add it to your Co- Curricular Record.

9. You will be prompted to select between 2 - 5 achievement statements.

Save To Profile image

10. Scroll down, hit “Save” and it will now be on your profile.

To Edit your Position image

11. To edit your positions, go back to the “Co-Curricular Record” tab. Beside your positions there is an “Edit” and “Remove” button.

12. Once you click the “Edit” button, you can scroll down to add hours.

Save To Profile image

13. Enter the date, hours spent, a brief description of your involvement, and hit “Save”. Once you’re all set with your positions, they will sit pending until a validator has approved them.
