Cultivating mindfulness through crochet! In Crochet & Chatter, let the quiet and repetitive action fulfill your mind and body’s need to be occupied. Replace pacing, fidgeting, or picking (some of the body’s own repetitive motions to express or relieve anxiety) with a positive distraction like crochet! Make your own cup cozy, get creative and connect with others in this peer-facilitated drop-in workshop.

Presented by Thriving in Action, Mindfulness Mondays is a group for anyone and everyone who loves to craft for their well-being. Various crafting drop-in sessions will be held throughout the winter semester. We aim to support mental health and well-being through art therapy and peer-support.
