Chai Chats is an informal space for international students to come together and discuss various topics from a psychological perspective that contribute to emotional and mental well-being. Each session will focus on a new topic, so don't worry if you have to miss a week. This will be a space to learn and an opportunity to share your thoughts. Chai Chats is a great way to meet other students and learn new strategies to help relieve stress in a warm and welcoming environment over a cup of tea or coffee! Register or drop-ins are welcome.
