Join Nurse Ally from the Health & Wellness Centre for a drop-in information session and explore the pros and cons to find the best birth control method for you. Plus, we'll uncover common myths and facts related to contraceptive use.

- Intrauterine contraception (IUD)
- Hormonal methods (Implants, oral contraception, shot, patch, contraceptive rings)
- Barrier methods (internal condoms, external condoms, cervical caps, spermicides)
