Experience the transformative power of mindfulness with our four-week program, Mindfulness @ Mohawk. Led by a Counsellor, learn about ten invaluable mindfulness skills and practices, aimed at alleviating stress, enhancing the quality of your sleep, and sharpening your focus.

Join us in the Health and Wellness Centre (C109):

  • Friday, March 1 from 10:15am to 11:30am
  • Friday, March 8 from 10:15am to 11:30am
  • Friday, March 15 from 10:15am to 11:30am
  • Friday, March 22 from 10:15am to 11:30am

  • Select "Patient" from the main menu
  • Have you accessed services at the HWC before? Select "Yes" and login or select "No". 
  • Click "Counselling - Personal/Mental Health Counselling"
  • Select "Group Visit"
  • Select "Mindfulness @ Mohawk". Enter required information if a new user to complete registration.
