Tired of awkward silences on first dates or roommate drama? Join us for a six-week journey into the art of building better relationships—with yourself, your friends, and your romantic partners. Whether you're looking to improve your self-love game or avoid another texting disaster, this group is here to help you thrive. We’ll use humor, fun activities, and real-talk to explore the highs and lows of human connection. Come prepared to laugh, share, and experience a range of emotions as we dive into the world of relationships. Attend one, some of all sessions. Students not living in residence are welcome. 

 

Week 1: The Art of Being BFFs with Yourself.

This week, we’re diving into the world of self-care and self-compassion, exploring how to become your own best friend. Think of this as a crash course in treating yourself like the superstar you are. We’ll laugh, we’ll learn, and most importantly, we’ll leave with a better understanding of how to show ourselves some much-needed love and kindness.
