Event Support Request Details: 

Please completely fill out the form. To ensure Facility Services can properly support your events. Please provide a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for event support along with a FOAPAL. *FOAPAL required in the event that additional resources are needed (i.e. Special additional cleaning) Employee will be contacted for approval prior to any potential incurred costs*




Furniture Requirements: 

Due to limited stock quantity furniture is booked on first-come first-serve basis.

Round Table Size: 5ft (60in)

There are event floor layout plans of selected event spaces on campus. If you have not booked your event through Conference Services, you may be directed to our planning team to ensure you have an approved college layout plan. (ie. AODA, Fire and Safety compliance)
Please advise if you plan to have multiple electronic equipment plugged in during your event. An electrical assessment may help prevent loss of power during your event or address lighting control needs.
Do you require special temperature adjustments due to event guest count?
Do you require extra Garbage Bins, Recycling Containers, Additional Special Cleaning?
