To participate in the 2025 Work Experience Partnership with the Office Administration - Executive program, please complete this form by February 24, 2025. 

If you have been approached by a specific student and wish to provide a placement for them, please be sure to enter their name on the form. If there is no student name indicated, the placement will be open to all students.

*To host a student employers must sign "The Mohawk College Student Placement Agreement"  if you haven't submitted this form previously they will be emailed to you after you submit this form.
