Eligibility

  • You are of legal working age
  • You live in Hamilton, Ontario
  • You are eligible to work in Canada

Program Services

  • Customized employment action plan that identifies your positions of interest, skills, strengths, potential barriers, and employment needs
  • Work readiness activities, job search skill building and training interventions
  • Referrals to Circle of Support partners for wrap around supports
  • Attend a Power of Possible (POP) workshop to ignite your job search activities
  • Job search support 
  • Resource Centre access with computers, printers, and Wi-Fi 
  • Continued employment support for one-year after you secure your job!
