Mohawk is one of the largest trainers of apprentices in Ontario, with more than 2,900 apprenticeship students enrolled in a wide variety of apprentice programs. Mohawk apprentices are recognized as industry-ready by employers.

Mohawk’s specialized Marshall School for Skilled Trades & Apprenticeship at the Stoney Creek campus is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities with industry-relevant shops, resources and training equipment. Apprentices learn from expert faculty in the sectors of Industrial, Construction and Motive Power trades.

Through the Apprenticeship Community Hub, our team can help employers at any point in the Apprenticeship training lifecycle. Together with our employer partners, we are working to build a skilled and future ready workforce. We have the experience in training, navigating Ministry requirements, and building lasting employer relationships. When will my employee get an offer for school?

Once registered as an apprentice, you would have indicated your school preference as Mohawk college with Skilled Trades Ontario & The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skill Development. Both the apprentice and employer will receive an emailed offer from Apprenticeship Ontario up to 105 days prior to the class start date.
