Learn to thrive in both your academic and personal life. In this group session, students will meet weekly to learn key skills to increase motivation, optimism, and resilience. You will also be introduced to learning strategies that will improve time management and study skills.

This 8-week series will explore a different topic each week. Choose your own path to improving your academic and personal life. Week 1: Tuesday, September 26 from 6pm to 7pm

Topic: Habit Formation & Top 10 Learning Strategies

This workshop will discuss themes of intentionality and meaningful actions to help students gain a better understanding of habits and learn strategies to change them. This workshop highlights 10 techniques for bringing more awareness and efficiency to learning and studying.
