Nov 09

Finding the right form of contraception can be confusing and daunting, especially since there are many effective options available for people with a uterus. Join Nurse Ally from the Health & Wellness Centre for a drop-in information session and explore the pros and cons to find the best birth control method for you. Plus, we'll uncover common myths and facts related to contraceptive use.

Topics include:

  • Intrauterine contraception (IUD)
  • Hormonal methods (Implants, oral contraception, shot, patch, contraceptive rings)
  • Barrier methods (internal condoms, external condoms, cervical caps, spermicides)
  • Fertility awareness based methods
  • Emergency contraception

No registration is required. Drop-in anytime between 1:30 an 2:30pm.
