Primary duties
- Conduct initial assessment of patients, including taking a detailed medical history and understanding their symptoms and conditions.
- Develop a treatment plan tailored to the patient’s needs, goals, and health conditions.
- Provide therapeutic and self- care recommendations to help patients maintain or improve their health outside of treatment sessions.
- Provide clear communication about the benefits and potential side effects of massage therapy.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, progress notes, and any other relevant documentations.
- Ensure a high standard of client care by creating a welcoming and therapeutic environment.
Skills and Experience Required
- Burlington Natural Health Centre is a very Busy Multidisciplinary Centre with over 40 Years experience in Health and Wellness.
- We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our team.
- We have an Immediate client base as one of our long term therapists has retired.
- Our office is modern and clean and located on a Brant Street here in Burlington.
- The Massage Therapy rooms are generous with nice Windows. Our location is wheelchair friendly with free parking.
