In this FREE workshop series, learn how to prepare affordable, nutritious meals with easy-to-find ingredient and strategies for making healthy eating choices, even on a student budget.

Whether you're a cooking newbie or a kitchen pro, this workshop is for everyone who wants to build healthy habits and connect with fellow students in a fun, relaxed environment. Plus, you’ll get to eat everything you make!

We're cooking up a hearty, plant-based dish that's bursting with goodness! Packed with protein, fibre and healthy fats, learn how to make this satisfying and nourishing dish on a budget!
