Primary duties
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Paint Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and retail sales, with a passion for helping customers select the right paint products for their projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical sales abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate will also have to handle cash, credit and charge transactions in a professional and positive manner while providing customers an excellent shopping experience.
Looking for a person with an eye for decorating. Join our team as a Paint Associate and contribute to creating beautiful spaces for our customers!
- Be able to work in a fast paced and constantly changing retail environment
- Physically fit – able to stand, walk and assist with 30-50 lbs packages
- Pleasant demeanor
- Be available to work Saturdays as needed
- Organizational and math skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Motivated, self disciplined individual with a strong work ethic
- MUST,MUST,MUST like people!!!!
- Ability to listen and understand customer needs
- Strong family values are essential
- Flexibility in work schedule, eg. Store Hours are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Mon - Fri and 8:00AM to 5:00 PM Sat., Closed Sunday
