Business - Accounting
Graduates of the Business – Accounting Diploma (opens new window) with a minimum weighted grade point average (GPA) of 75% are eligible to apply for the Brock Bachelor of Accounting (opens new window). The minimum requirement for entry into the Brock Bachelor of Accounting (Co-op) program is a cumulative average of 78%. Eligible graduates will receive a maximum of 5 credits toward the Bachelor of Accounting or Bachelor of Accounting Co-op programs.
Business Administration - Accounting
Graduates of Mohawk’s Business Administration Advanced Diploma (opens new window) with a minimum weighted grade point average (GPA) of 75% are eligible to apply for the Brock Bachelor of Accounting (opens new window). The minimum requirement for entry into the Brock Bachelor of Accounting (Co-op) program is a cumulative average of 78%. Eligible graduates will receive a maximum of 7.5 credits toward the Bachelor of Accounting or Bachelor of Accounting Co-op programs.
Child and Youth Care
Graduates of the Child and Youth Care Advanced Diploma (opens new window) with a minimum weighted grade point average (GPA) of 72% are eligible to apply for the Bachelor of Arts - Child & Youth Studies degree (opens new window) program at Brock University. Eligible graduates will receive a maximum of 8.0 credits (approximately 1.6 years) towards the Bachelor of Arts - Child & Youth Studies.

Fanshawe College - London
Business Administration - Accounting
Graduates of Mohawk College’s Business Administration – Accounting Advanced Diploma (opens new window) program with a minimum ‘B’ average or cumulative 3.0 (GPA) or 70% will be eligible to enter level six of Fanshawe College’s Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree (opens new window) program. Students graduating from Mohawk College’s three-year Business Administration – Accounting Advanced Diploma program will receive credit for courses equivalent to levels one to five of the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree program.
Business Accounting
Graduates of Mohawk College’s Business – Accounting Diploma (opens new window) program with a minimum B+ average or cumulative 3.5 GPA or 75% will be eligible to enter level four of Fanshawe College’s Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree (opens new window) program. Applicants must submit a transcript with their application. Students graduating from Mohawk College’s two-year Business – Accounting diploma program will receive credit for courses equivalent to levels one to three of the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree program.
Biotechnology - Advanced
Graduates of the Biotechnology - Advanced Diploma program who maintain a minimum GPA of 70% may be eligible to enter level 5 of the Honours Bachelor of Applied Technology - Biotechnology degree program at Fanshawe College. Summer bridging courses are required and additional transfer credit may be available in later semesters.

McMaster University - Hamilton
Start with a College Diploma, Finish with a University Degree
Business Administration:
Graduates of Mohawk's Business Administration Advanced Diploma (opens new window) with a minimum weighted grade point average (GPA) of 77% (B+) are eligible to apply for the McMaster Bachelor of Commerce (opens new window) through the DeGroote School of Business (opens new window). Completion of MHF4U, MCV4U, or recognized equivalents, is required. Eligible graduates will receive 60 credits towards the degree and must complete an additional 60 credits as specified by McMaster.
General Arts & Science:
Graduates of Mohawk's two-year General Arts & Science (opens new window) Diploma, who complete the eight Indigenous Studies courses within the program and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 75%, are eligible to apply to McMaster University, Faculty of Social Sciences Indigenous Studies major (opens new window). Eligible graduates will receive two years (60 units) of transfer credit toward their Bachelor of Arts (Honours). Other majors, double majors, and major/minor options may also be available after admission to McMaster, subject to program requirements.
Graduates of Mohawk's two-year General Arts & Science (opens new window) Diploma who achieve a minimum cumulative GPA of 75% are eligible to apply for McMaster University's College Transfer Pathways through the Faculty of Social Sciences (opens new window) and Faculty of Humanities (opens new window). Eligible graduates may receive up to 48 units of transfer credit toward their Bachelor of Arts (Honours), and qualify to fast-track the completion of their university degree.
Applied Music:
Graduates of Mohawk's three-year Applied Music Advanced Diploma program who have a minimum cumulative grade point average of at least 75% are eligible to apply for McMaster University Bachelor of Music (Hons) program (opens in new window). Eligible graduates will receive 63 credits towards the degree and must complete the remaining 60 credits as specified by McMaster.

Diploma to Degree Pathway in Environmental Science (opens new window)
Western's Environmental Science program offers an interdisciplinary approach to studying and solving environmental problems. In our program, you can choose courses from science, engineering, social science, arts and humanities, including field courses.
The Pathways program provides students with the opportunity to transfer credits earned in a college diploma program towards the completion of an Environmental Science degree at Western University. You can complete a degree in as little as 12 months (full time) and be one step closer to an exciting career in Environmental Science! The Pathways program was created for students that have graduated from specific Ontario Colleges with a Diploma from 2-year Environmental Technician programs and would like to continue their studies at Western University.

Mohawk-Laurier Pre-Health Articulation Agreement (opens new window)
The Pre-Health Articulation Agreement aims to grant admission for graduates from Mohawk's Pre-Health Certificate to Laurier's Bachelor of Arts & Science in Health Studies (BASc), at our Brantford campus. Graduates require an overall minimum weighted grade point average (GPA) of B+ (75%) average and a 75% in the math courses. In addition, eligible students will be granted 2.5 transfer credits towards the BASc program.

Students who have completed select diplomas at an Ontario college, and meet the minimum requirements, will automatically receive the following transfer credits if granted admission to the following programs. Students who do not meet pathway criteria (meaning those with an overall average of 70-74.9%) will be evaluated for transfer credits on a case-by-case basis.

Advanced Summer Acceleration Program (ASAP) (opens new window)
The ASAP is a purpose-designed pathway for college students, from two-year or three-year diploma programs, going into Bachelor of Arts programs at the Brantford campus. It allows you to start your degree one semester earlier in the summer and, with continuous study, you will complete a four-year Honours degree in only two calendar years.

Athabasca University - Athabasca, Alberta
Complete your degree by taking courses on a part-time basis through Athabasca University (AU), Canada's largest provider of university-level online and distance learning.
There are no classes to attend, so you can complete your degree:
- without leaving your workplace or community;
- at your own pace;
- with access to a tutor who is a subject matter expert.
Courses start the first day of every month, with six (6) months to complete a three-credit course, and 12 months for a six-credit course.
The actual number of credits required to complete the degree will depend on your college credential, college coursework and other learning. Credit Transfer Agreement (opens new window)
This program enables students to begin their music education at Mohawk College (Mohawk) in Hamilton, Canada, and complete an undergraduate degree at Berklee in Boston. Once accepted to Berklee, students may receive transfer credit for certain courses taken at Mohawk.
Mohawk students who wish to transfer to Berklee are required to go through Berklee's official undergraduate admissions process. Students accepted to Berklee will receive transfer credit for courses taken at Mohawk in accordance with an agreement between the two schools.
Generally, students must receive a minimum grade of B (3.00/4.00) or higher on core music and performance courses, and a grade of C (2.00/4.00) or higher on all liberal arts or general elective courses.
