Bailey Gandy is an advancement professional with 10 years’ experience in all facets of higher education including alumni relations, regional and international program development, donor relations and stewardship. Bailey has worked for the University of Toronto, McMaster University and presently The Mohawk College Foundation, where she is focusing on enhancing the Foundation’s stewardship strategy, while providing new and innovate ideas to engage current and potential supporters for Mohawk College. Bailey is a strategic leader who has been recognized for planning, developing and measuring internal programs designed to align institutional goals with stakeholder interests, resulting in long-term stability and growth.
