Who can file a complaint or report an incident?
Any member of Mohawk College can file a complaint or report an incident of concern. If you need to report an immediate safety concern please contact Mohawk Security and Emergency Management.

Not sure if you should report?
If you are considering filing a complaint or reporting an incident but are unsure about the process or need more information you can contact srro [at] mohawkcollege.ca (SRRO).
Many factors hinder individuals from reporting their concerns or filing a complaint. However, SRRO encourages you to report;
- Whether or not the identity of the person(s) involved is unknown
- Even if you are unsure if it is something the college can address
- Even if you don’t know what the outcome of the report or the complaint will be
You doubt it's serious enough to report
Student Complaints
Students can file a complaint if they are dissatisfied with their learning/teaching experience, student life, college services, college employees, or other students. Student complaints are managed according to our Student Complaints Procedure.
You can reach out to us using the following methods. Please note we monitor our phone, emails, and Public Incident Report Form, Monday - Friday 8:30 am- 4:30 pm. We will respond to you within 48 hours.
SRRO Virtual Student Drop-In Hours

Our 15-minute drop-in meetings offer a quick and confidential space to discuss your issues and explore options. We will help you to navigate your rights and make informed decisions about next steps.
