Note: Fennell Residence is located on the Mohawk College Fennell campus. There are no Mohawk College residences for Stoney Creek or IAHS campuses.

Students living in Residence can rest at ease with no monthly bills to pay and fully furnished suites, just steps away from class!

Located at 245 Fennell Avenue West (Fennell campus) our 4 story residence features 170 two bedroom suites.

Fennell Residence - Two Bedroom Suites

Double Occupancy - Private Bedroom - Double Bed

  • Shared kitchenette with sink, a full sized refrigerator, and microwave
  • 3-piece washroom (shower, sink, toilet)
  • Two private bedrooms each featuring:
    • Double XL bed (54”x80”)
    • Desk with chair
    • Small flat screen TV (no cable)
    • 3-drawer dresser
    • Closet rack

Quad Occupancy - Shared Bedroom - Bunk Bed (very limited availability)

  • Shared kitchenette with sink, a full sized refrigerator, and microwave
  • 3-piece washroom (shower, sink, toilet)
    • 1 bunk bed with standard twin XL mattresses, moveable ladder and safety rail on the top bunk
    • 2 desks with chairs
    • 2 small flat screen TV’s (no cable)
    • 1 under-bed storage located under bottom bunk
    • Shared closet rack

 

Please Note: Students considering a Quad Occupancy Suite should be comfortable staying in either top or bottom bunk bed. The specific bunk location of each student will be on a first-come, first-served basis on move-in day.

Overall there is less storage space per student in our Quad Suites as compared to our standard Two Bedroom suite. 

Students residing in a Quad Suite are not permitted to host overnight guests.

Whether you choose a private or shared bedroom, your suite will include a kitchenette with a table and 2 chairs, full sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, and a private 3 piece washroom (shared by roommates only).

Students are to bring:

  • Cleaning supplies
  • Toiletries
  • Shower curtain 
  • Bed linens and pillows
  • Dishes/cutlery
