
Winter 2025 Survivor Support Space - Facilitated by SACHA
WHAT does a survivor support space look like? - Weekly sessions with facilitated conversations that will allow you to explore your experiences with trauma, coping, and relationships and gain new tools and skills through guided activities.
WHO can sign up? - Mohawk College students of any gender who have past experiences of sexual violence from any point in their lives.
WHEN is this taking place? - Tuesdays from 2 - 4 pm, starting on February 11 and ending on March 25. You can attend as many or few sessions as you’d like.
WHERE will this be held? - F116D (Board Room) at Mohawk College Fennell Campus. You can access the board room through F114 Social Inc or privately by door F116.
WHY might this be a good space for me? - To connect with other survivors to help you know you are not alone, to share your experiences in a non-judgemental, trauma-informed, survivor-centered space, and support your healing journey with guidance from SACHA facilitators.

About the SRRO:
The Student Rights and Responsibilities Office works to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment that maximizes opportunities for student success and upholds the rights and responsibilities of the Mohawk College community.
