International Letter Request Form

To request a letter to provide to Immigration from the International Student Services department, please fill out the information below.

Once completed all letters will be sent to your Mohawk College email. 

Please note that you will receive your letter within 7 to 10 business days, but during peak times, it may take up to 14 business days. This does not apply to the PGWP (completion) letter.


Do not use your 9-digit Mohawk ID as an e-mail address.
Please enter your personal email address.

Select the required letter.
Please include your current study permit.
One file only.

Allowed types: pdf, doc, docx, jpg, jpeg, jfif, png.

Your letter will be emailed to your Mohawk College email.
