As part of the Health & Wellness Centre, Peer-to-Peer Programs are student-led wellness initiatives that provide students with student-centred health and well-being support through education, empowerment, access, and skill development for fostering positive, balanced and sustainable health behaviours and lifestyle choices. Each year Peer-to-Peer programs develop, implement and promote a range of wellness programming to enhance student well-being including workshops, events, peer-to-peer mentorship, health communication campaigns, and on-campus outreach.
